Adult Self-Report (ASR)-Achenbach System

The Adult Self-Report (ASR)-Achenbach System is for individuals aged 18 to 59 years old to report on their own functioning. Items are rated on a 3-point Likert scale, with higher scores indicating that the item is true for the individual. The Depression Problems Syndrome Scale is a collection of 14 items meant to reflect the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5) definition of Major Depressive Disorder. To convert an ASR score to PROMIS Depression, sum the 14 ASR item scores; do not use the ASR normative scores.
