QuickDASH

The QuickDASH is a shortened version of the Disabilities of Arm, Shoulder, and Hand (DASH) Outcome Measure. The QuickDASH uses 11 items from the full DASH to measure physical function and symptoms in people with any or multiple musculoskeletal disorders of the upper limb. Items are rated on a 5-point Likert scale (from 1 to 5), with higher scores indicating more severe upper extremity symptoms. The QuickDASH was linked to PROMIS Upper Extremity, which is composed of 46 items with higher scores indicating less severe upper extremity symptoms.
